\n Cet article se penche sur les mesures nécessaires à l’octroi efficace d’autorisations réglementaires de création de centrales nucléaires. Nous analysons à cette fin les normes internationales et comparons les systèmes de sept pays (Allemagne, Canada, Etats-Unis, France, Japon, Royaume-Uni et Suisse). Cette étude se décompose en deux parties : les structures de décisions et les procédures d’autorisations. Nous proposons enfin un ensemble de recommandations qui pourraient améliorer l’efficacité des systèmes nationaux. Bien que conscients des différences culturelles régionales, nous espérons apporter des éléments nouveaux et éclairants au débat naissant sur ces questions importantes dont l’actualité se fait de plus en plus pressante.\n
