Les campagnes à la mer APPEAL-ATL-1, 2, 3 et 4 s'inscrivent dans la première phase du projet ANR/ITE APPEAL qui consiste en l'acquisition des données écologiques sur le site du futur parc éolien flottant de Groix. Les principaux objectifs de ces campagne sont 1) la caractérisation environnementale des sites, 2) la description de la composition, de la structure et du fonctionnement des communautés benthiques. L'objet de ces campagnes est de définir l'état de référence environnemental et écologique du futur site d'implantation des éoliennes offshores flottantes au large de Groix et d'acquérir les données spatiales pour les modèles et des échantillons pour l'analyse du réseau trophique (isotopes stables).Les impacts sur les habitats et les populations présentes à l'origine sur le site pilote posent trois questions majeures : quels effets auront les dispositifs EOF sur la structure et la diversité des habitats et des communautés benthiques ? Peut-on définir des indicateurs écologiques robustes de ces changements (perspective DCSMM) ? Quelles seront les modifications éventuelles de la structure (nature, intensité des liens) du réseau trophique ?
