Abstract
En France, il existe un programme structuré d’internat en pharmacie de quatre années qui permet d’exercer en pharmacie hospitalière. Ce programme n’est toutefois pas forcément exigé à l’embauche par tous les établissements de santé, et ce, pour différentes raisons. En France, une démarche de qualification (c.à-d. reconnaissance donnée par un ordre professionnel dans le contexte de cet article) est en cours. Des démarches similaires de reconnaissance du programme de formation équivalent au Québec, soit la maîtrise en pharmacothérapie avancée sont en cours par l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec.
