Abstract
Dermatology is one of the most referred specialties, with some of the longest wait times.<sup> 1 </sup> Methods to improve access to care have included formalized consultations, standardized referrals, central intake systems, electronic and telephone consultations, and rapid access services.<sup> 2 </sup> In 2018, The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) Division of Dermatology developed a rapid access clinic (RAC) to address the 2 year wait time. The goal of this study is to examine if the RAC allowed faster access to care.
