Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The study examined possible relationships between transformational leadership, cognitive diversity, and team success in the context of Canadian organizations. Despite the potential impact of demographic diversity on the effectiveness of teams, the subject has not received as much attention as one might anticipate. Theories of diversity, cognitive diversity, situational leadership, and transformational leadership served as the foundation for this investigation. To gather data regarding professionals and middle and senior-level managers in small and medium-sized businesses operating in Canada, the study used a quantitative technique via an online survey. Up to 163 participants who met predefined criteria were chosen for the study using the snowball sampling method. Rather than demonstrating a connection between cognitive diversity and team performance, these findings point to a beneficial relationship between transformational leadership and team effectiveness. The interaction between team performance, leadership styles, and cognitive diversity in organizational settings is demonstrated in this research, which contributes to a growing understanding of the factors influencing organizational success.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
