Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Addendum: Barrier 1 QII–QCI Synchronization Interface This addendum supplements the foundational Quantum State Command Encoding (QSCE) whitepaper by providing essential architectural and operational clarifications for Barrier 1, specifically focusing on the Quantum Ignition Interface (QII) and the Quantum–Classical Interface (QCI). While the core deterministic ignition logic of the QSCE system has achieved Technology Readiness Level 7 (TRL-7) validation on IBM superconducting quantum hardware, this document addresses the crucial pathway to fully operationalize deterministic quantum collapse encoding within classical fusion drive control cycles. The QII layer encapsulates quantum-native deterministic ignition mechanisms leveraging engineered superposition and phase collapse dynamics through two principal activation pathways: Quantum Measurement Collapse Activation (QMCA) and Superconducting Quantum Circuit Activation (SQCA). Empirical results from multi-shot executions on IBM’s Sherbrooke backend demonstrate consistent |1⟩ state collapse with 95–100% fidelity, confirming robust ignition behavior. The QCI bridges the quantum and classical domains by transducing quantum measurement outcomes into classical control signals suitable for real-time fusion system orchestration. This interface facilitates detection, synchronization, reset, and rearming of quantum ignition cycles using conventional digital or photonic logic implementations. By detailing the complete 3-qubit QII circuit implementation, validated under real-device conditions, this addendum clarifies the deterministic synchronization and collapse triggering necessary for integrated quantum-classical fusion engine operation. The presented work substantiates the feasibility of embedding QSCE’s deterministic quantum logic within hybrid quantum-classical control architectures critical to next-generation fusion propulsion systems.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
