English Description Falian Creator™ White Paper documents the conceptual and structural design of Falian Creator™, a modular intelligent workstation for creators, educators, and cross-disciplinary professionals. This release represents a governance and licensing alignment version, superseding all previously published preview editions distributed under Creative Commons licenses. The content describes the system architecture of Version 0.9 (Preview Edition), including: the 16-zone modular workspace logic, AI-assisted drafting and creative workflows, progress tracking and version control mechanisms, and multilingual publishing support. No functional or conceptual changes have been made to the system description in this version.The purpose of this release is to establish a single authoritative licensing and authorship framework governing all current and future editions of the work.
