Abstract

C’est dans un souci de développement des compétences des collègues professionnels, acteurs clés des innovations pédagogiques en enseignement supérieur, que l’idée de réfléchir à un référentiel de la compétence REL pour CP a émergé. Ultimement, ce référentiel propose de ressources complémentaires qui permettent un développement continu de cette compétence en fonction des composantes essentielles à développer. Les grandes particularités de ce référentiel sont : 1) il est spécifiquement dédié aux CP de par les deux situations professionnelles qui y sont circonscrites ; 2) il s’inspire de la conceptualisation de l’agir compétent en situation professionnelle de Guy Le Boterf (2006). Ce référentiel est une première version qui pourra être revue et bonifiée, dans une posture de cocréation par ou pour les CP.
