Although both paratypes should be deposited in the CAS collection (coll. of E. C. Van Dyke and coll. of R. Hopping; Van Dyke 1932: 345), only one paratype has been located there (C. Grinter, CAS, personal communication). Type locality. USA: Arizona, El Tovar, Grand Canyon. Distribution. Western parts of Canada and USA. Literature.
