<em>Hoe gedragen gebruikers zich op digitale erfgoedsites en hoe zouden ze zich willen gedragen, maar ontbreekt de functionaliteit daartoe? </em>Dat is de kernvraag die ten grondslag heeft gelegen aan een aantal onderzoeken hiernaar door het Netwerk Digitaal Erfgoed en geleid hebben tot de ontwikkeling van acht Gedragsprofielen Digitaal Erfgoed. In dit document worden de onderzoeksresultaten over de gedragsprofielen beschreven met het oog op verder onderzoek en gebruik van deze gedragsprofielen bij de ontwikkeling van digitale diensten door de erfgoedsector.
