Abstract
Ce travail examine la santé en tant que déterminant fondamental de la croissance économique. La santé génère une productivité économique et un bien-être national à travers plusieurs mécanismes. La variable santé est approchée principalement par un indice de gouvernance du système de santé construit par l’ACP. Le présent article se concentre principalement sur le cas de l’économie marocaine et étudie l’impact de la gouvernance du système de santé sur la croissance économique. Notre analyse basée sur une modélisation autorégressive à retards échelonnés (ARDL) utilisant des données sur la gouvernance du système de santé marocain et sur le PIB marocain pour la période 1990-2020, établit un effet positif significatif de la gouvernance de santé sur le PIB.
