Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Figure S2 data Includes: -Panels A,C,D,E,F additional biological replicates acquired to supplement data shown in Figure 1D and Figure 2C,D,E,F respectively. Date acquired, Cell line, and mCerulean3-donor is given within each Excel worksheet. Raw binding curve data was binned by Venus intensity. Here we provide the resulting binned data, and fitting parameters exported from GraphPad prism used to create the binding curves that were displayed in the Supplementary. AnnexinV (AnV) positivity, TMRE negativity, and/or nuclear area condensation ('SN' = 'small nuclear area') were used as a marker of cell death in panels G-H. -Panel G, cell death was measured in BMK, HCT116 or BMK/HCT116 cells with BAX and BAK knocked out ('DKO'). Here we provide the mean cell death measured in Venus-positive cells from 3 biological replicates. -In Panel H, cell death was measured in HEK293T cells and from one technical replicate, we binned data by Venus intensity as a measure of protein concentration to examine trends.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
