Ce mémoire porte sur la modélisation hydrogéologique de la nappe de Marsa Dhouiba située à Bizerte et le transfert des radionucléides dans ses eaux suite à une hypothétique installation d'une centrale nucléaire sur le site. Une simulation exploratoire des processus d'intrusion marine a aussi été effectuée. La modélisation hydrogéologique de la nappe s'est basée sur un modèle géologique du réservoir suite à une collecte et un traitement des données disponibles à la DGRE et au CRDA de Bizerte ainsi que sur les données des forages effectués par la STEG. Le modèle a été calibré en régime permanent avec le code MODFLOW, la faiblesse des ressources de la nappe ainsi que son niveau d'exploitation, ne justifient aucunement un régime transitoire. Le transfert de radionucléides a pour termes sources les sorties de modélisation des processus dans le sol et ceux sur les zones à risque précisées dans l'étude des transferts atmosphériques. Les résultats fournis par le MT3D couplé avec le MODFLOW établissent le devenir des polluants dans la nappe sur le moyen terme. Cette étude a été complétée par un exercice de simulation des risques d'intrusion marine qui sont relativement peu important du fait de l'exploitation limitée que connait cette nappe côtière.
