Ce chapitre rapporte les recommandations pour améliorer l’ingénierie pédagogique, formulées par soixante-quatorze personnes ayant participé au Canada et en France, à divers titres et dans divers milieux, à des projets de développement de différents types de formations (à distance, en présence et hybrides) ou d’environnements numériques d’apprentissage. Ces recommandations portent sur les approches méthodologiques et le processus d’ingénierie pédagogique, la gestion des projets de conception de formations et le soutien offert aux personnes engagées dans de tels projets.
