Abstract
将60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用疼痛区域局部注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A),对照组口服卡马西平100 mg、1次/d。均3 d为一疗程。治疗前后进行视觉模拟尺(VAS评分法)和McGILL疼痛积分法评价疗效。发现治疗2周后,治疗组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组VAS评分法、McGILL疼痛积分均较对照组下降明显。提示局部注射BTX-A治疗PHN能有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,提高了患者的生活质量。
