Abstract
Welcome to The Open Education Conference in Barcelona. This is an International forum to present \nand discuss innovations and research about Open Education and Open Educational Resources \n(OER) movement. \nThis year the main topic of the conference is OER: Impact and Sustainability. We are going to \nlearn about Open Education projects around the world; how they are designed, implemented and \nsustained, what the different communities of learners need to allow OER projects to become a \ntransforming engine for education, improving learning outcomes, and facilitating access to \neducation to more and more people. \nWe strongly encourage your participation during the Conference and social events that we have \norganised. \nThe Open Education 2010 Executive Committee
