Abstract
Este estudio es el producto de un esfuerzo colectivo de investigación y reflexión en el cual tuve el privilegio de participar. Numerosas personas e imponantes instituciones me han ayudado y asistido a lo largo de todo el proceso de preparación de la invesügación y durante su realización.
