Mon travail contribue à la recherche du lien entre résonances étroites et états moléculaires dans les systèmes 12C+12C et 12C+16O proches de la barrière de Coulomb via le processus de capture radiative. Ce mécanisme permet de sonder à la fois la voie d entrée par son recouvrement avec les états du noyau composite et la nature des états alimentés via les transitions électromagnétiques. Les expériences ont été réalisées au laboratoire Triumf (Canada) afin d utiliser le spectromètre à 0 Dragon et l'ensemble de 30 BGO associés. Les résultats présentent pour la première fois le spectre de décroissance complet de la capture radiative et montrent en particulier qu une branche importante (>50% du flux g) décroit vers des états quasi-liés autour de 10-11 MeV. En utilisant le code de transport Geant3 pour décrire l ensemble de l appareil de détection, j ai proposé trois scénarii de décroissance : l un, purement statistique, le deuxième, résonnant, à spin d entrée unique, et le dernier basé sur un modèle cluster. J ai ainsi déterminé les spins d entrée ainsi que les sections efficaces totales de capture radiative. J ai également effectué des calculs Hartree Fock dépendant du temps pour étudier le mécanisme de réaction et déterminer le temps de vie dinucléaire de ces réactions. Mon étude se termine par des calculs de simulation GEANT4 étudiant la fonction de réponse du futur multidétecteur PARIS, basé sur l utilisation des nouveaux cristaux scintillants de LaBr3 qui sera installé auprès de Spiral2. Mes résultats montrent que la résolution et l efficacité de ce futur détecteur permettra de statuer parmi les différents scénarii proposés dans ce travail.
