Abstract
ABSTRACT \nThe growth of exports of dehydrated products in recent years has had a positive trend, according to sources statistics databases of the United Nations Commodity Trade, this is an indicator that shows the possibility and timing of entry of new products to the market demands and growing. \nGiven that the ability to access and display the growing demand, the following thesis project demonstrating compliance with its primary objective, determine the condition of the association in the city of cupcake Callatpampa area that allows the creation of a company for the production and export of dehydrated aguaymanto Canadian market, expressing points of utmost importance that demonstrate the feasibility of research and business plan for access to this market. \nThe research was conducted with a questionnaire to 20 farmers aguaymanto Callatpampa area, it was validated by an expert. The item was structured to identify the conditions of associability considering other research for which the tool was used descriptive statistics. \nAmong the main findings is that farmers about their organization, almost entirely associated and other paperwork are starting to belong to the same association. Another important result of the research is that there is a considerable volume of production within the range for export having 3 crops a year later dominate the months of April and May to collect harvest fortnightly due to technical certifications received by the Provincial Municipality of Cajamarca; but still it is not enough to achieve the competitiveness that requires the global market. \nKeywords: associability, organization, production and marketing of aguaymanto.
