Distribution and frequency of tomato ringspot virus (ToRSV) in different varieties of Rubus idaeus in the Maule Region, Chile \n
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The raspberry (Rubus idaeus) is one of the most important fruit for production in\nthe Maule Region, Chile. Raspberries are affected by the tomato ringspot virus (ToRSV),\nwhich causes decreased yield and deformed fruit. The objective of this work is to study\nToRSV spread in different raspberry varieties in the Maule Region, Chile. The virus was\ndetected using the ELISA test and RT-PCR in the Heritage, Meeker, Chilliwack, Amity and\nCoho varieties. Bayesian analysis determined the relationship between the percentage\nof ToRSV incidence in the cultivated varieties and the locations in the different provinces\nof the Maule Region. It was observed that the Linares province showed the highest levels\nof the virus in the different varieties: Amity (70%), Meeker (39%) and Heritage (26%),\ncompared to other provinces in the region. These results suggest a high spread of ToRSV\nthrough the Maule Region. Nei distance analysis suggests that 14 of the virus isolates\ncoming from the Talca and Linares Provinces would show differences with the ToRSV\naccessions deposited in the global gene bank (NCBI).

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
