Bu çalışmada ejektörlü soğutma sistemlerinde R410A soğutucu akışkan kullanımının sistem performansına etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Ejektör genleştiricili kompresörlü soğutma sistemi matematiksel olarak modellenerek Engineering Equation Solver (EES) yazılım programı yardımıyla sekiz farklı soğutucu akışkan kullanılarak farklı kondenser ve evaporatör sıcaklıkları için uygulanmış sistemin soğutma kapasitesi ve kütlesel debi oranları elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular grafikleştirilerek sekiz farklı soğutucu akışkan, karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Ayrıca R410A soğutucu akışkanının kütlesel debi oranına bağlı olarak soğutma kapasitesi değerlerinin R22 soğutucu akışkanına yakın,.kütlesel debi oranına bağlı çalışma aralığının ise R22 soğutucu akışkanına göre daha geniş olduğu elde edildi. Kyoto ve Montreal Protokollerine göre çevreye yaptığı olumsuz etkileri nedeniyle üretimi durdurulan ve 2020 yılından itibaren de kullanımı yasaklanacak olan R22 soğutucu akışkanı yerine R410A'nın kullanımının ejektörlü soğutma sistemlerinde iyi bir alternatif olabileceği gösterildi
