Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar el control previo en las rendiciones de cuenta de Corporación ADC en el periodo 2015, con la finalidad de corregir e implementar procedimientos administrativos, tales como los objetivos, políticas y normas. La investigación realizada es aplicada, ya que se obtienen datos directamente de la realidad; también es descriptiva y correlacionada de acuerdo a su finalidad. Los resultados dieron a conocer que el control previo es de suma relevancia en la información financiera; asimismo, los niveles de eficiencia y eficacia con que se desarrollan las tareas administrativas y el grado de cumplimiento de los planes de la gerencia tienen que ser evaluados. La implementación del control previo permitirá mejorar y controlar el cumplimiento de directivas, garantizar el adecuado funcionamiento de las acciones y medidas que se adopten, la corrección de las desviaciones detectadas y la consecución de los fines o propósitos establecidos por la entidad.
