Abstract
Opinnäytetyössämme perehdyimme päihderiippuvaisille nuorille suunnatun huumekuntoutusyksikkö Villa Hockeyn sääntöihin ja käytänteisiin. Työtämme varten toteutimme yksikön nuorille teemahaastattelun, jossa keräsimme tietoa nuorten kokemuksista koskien sääntöjä ja käytänteitä. Kerätyn tiedon tarkoituksena on hyödyttää yhteisöä toimimalla keskustelun avaajana työyhteisössä sekä mahdollisena asiakastyytyväisyys- ja laatumittarina. \n \nYhteisössä säännöt ja käytänteet ovat puhuttaneet paljon. Villa Hockeyssa on paljon sääntöjä, joita ei kirjattu mihinkään ja työntekijöillä on nuorten kokemuksen mukaan erilaisia toimintamalleja. Säännöt näyttäytyivät näin hajanaisina. Tarkoituksenamme oli tehdä työyhteisölle kehitystyö, jonka ajatuksena oli selkeyttää sääntöjä ja käytänteitä etenkin nuorille, mutta myös yhteisön työntekijöille. \n \nOpinnäytetyömme teoreettiset näkökulmat käsittelevät nuoruuden päihteiden käyttöä sekä päihdekuntoutusta Suomessa. Nuorten päihteiden käyttö on tutkimuksien mukaan Suomessa pysynyt tasaisena, mutta huumekuolemien määrä nuorten keskuudessa on nousujohteinen. Tämän vuoksi nuorten päihteiden käyttö sekä päihdekierteestä irtautuminen on tutkimusaiheena ajankohtainen ja tärkeä. \n \nTekemämme tutkimus on toteutettu laadullisena tutkimuksena. Aineisto tutkimukseen kerättiin Villa Hockeyn asiakkaille heinäkuussa 2020 tehdyllä strukturoidulla ryhmähaastattelulla. Haastattelu nauhoitettiin ja litteroitiin. Ryhmähaastatteluun osallistui yhteensä 11 nuorta. Tutkimuksessa havaittiin, että nuoret kokivat säännöt tarpeellisiksi yhteiselämän onnistumisen kannalta. Sääntöjen koettiin luovan turvallisuutta ja pitävän yllä yleistä järjestystä niin yhteisössä kuin yhteiskunnassa. Säännöissä oli nähtävissä hierarkiaa eri sääntöjen välillä. Yhteisön työntekijöiden toimintatavoissa nuoret toivat ilmi eroavaisuuksia, mikä voidaan tulkita kritiikkinä työntekijöiden toimintaa kohtaan.
