Abstract
In the city of Popayán, as in all of Colombia, official statistics show that women's access to education has improved, reflecting a decrease, and even closure, of the gender gap in this regard. However, in other measurable areas of life, the figures continue to indicate that inequality between men and women persists. From the analysis of this situation, questions arose that gave rise to the research summarized in this article. In this sense, the study identifies certain deficiencies in the educational field related to the reproduction of patriarchal cultural models. Specifically, this study, carried out during the first quarter of 2020, included interviews with six managers and six teachers from six traditional institutions of the school system of the city of Popayán, using a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological design. The results indicated that 75% of the educational agents interviewed are potentially reproducers of sexist cultural patterns and possible violence against women.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
