Abstract
Como en toda Colombia, en la ciudad de Popayán las mujeres han alcanzado el nivel educativo suficiente para afirmar que se ha cerrado la brecha de desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres en este tópico. Sin embargo, la inequidad en todos los demás aspectos medibles por las estadísticas oficiales, sigue siendo desmedida. Esta investigación pretende reconocer la relación entre las falencias en el ámbito educativo y la reproducción de patrones culturales pertenecientes a la sociedad patriarcal, como una de las gestadoras de inequidades y violencias contra la mujer, y específicamente pretende analizar estos aspectos en agentes educativos de instituciones de la ciudad de Popayán.
