Cada vez está más extendida entre los menores la práctica del sexting, esto es, el envío de fotografías o vídeos de contenido sexual a través del teléfono móvil u otro dispositivo electrónico. El presente trabajo analiza la respuesta del Ordenamiento jurídico italiano a esta nueva conducta, que sanciona al menor que recibe y difunde la imagen íntima de otro como autor de un delito de pornografía infantil (arts. 600-ter y quarter CP).
