Abstract
Evalúa la viabilidad de un plan de exportación de camote morado a Vancouver - Canadá. Para el presente proyecto fue necesario realizar un análisis de todas las características que permitan que el producto a exportar (camote morado) sea el idóneo, de tal manera que no tenga inconvenientes al momento de ingresar en un mercado internacional. Esto asimismo fue complementado con un detallado estudio de mercado, para lo cual se utilizaron y analizaron datos históricos para determinar importantes variables como precio, oferta, demanda, comportamiento del mercado y así establecer si el proyecto es viable o no.
