Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Given the need to promote investment in Actopan, Veracruz, the main objective of this research is to obtain a profitability that positively impacts its economy and support the universal action plan of the 2030 agenda, in SDG no.8; The analysis methodology that defines the research combines exploratory and descriptive characteristics, for the collection of information and for the description of the target market. Thus, the present work consists of the design of a strategy for the marketing of fried taro to Vancouver, Canada, obtained through the analysis of the international market through the review and establishment of tariff regulations, restrictions, documents and export procedures, terms of international negotiation, contracts and applicable payment methods to, finally, define a penetration strategy in the Canadian market. The main result of the research will point to the need to develop a strategic and business plan, thus having clarity of compliance with export regulatory requirements to reach the Canadian market. The general conclusion indicates that, in the Mexican export of merchandise, there are opportunities to boost foreign trade by taking advantage of the certainty offered by the Agreement between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC).

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
