Entre libreLes transitions en cours dans les pays arabes se caractrisent par la dimension juridique et plus particulirement constitutionnelle que les diffrents acteurs du jeu politique ont confr au changement politique.Si ces rformes juridiques et institutionnelles devaient permettre de rpondre aux aspirations dmocratiques des populations en mettant en place de nouvelles rgles de rpartition des pouvoirs, elles se sont toutefois heurtes des dveloppements politiques inattendus qui ont entrav leur mise en oeuvre dans plusieurs pays de la rgion.Cette table ronde dressera un premier bilan des processus de transition post printemps arabes travers le prisme des liens entre droit et politique, en tudiant de faon plus particulire les processus constitutionnels en cours en Tunisie et en Egypte.
