Abstract
Botica Olmedo es una empresa que funciona en la ciudad de Cuenca desde 1932. Debido a la tenaz competencia en la comercialización de medicamentos creada por las Cadenas de Farmacias, se tomó la decisión de transformar Botica Olmedo en Industria, aprovechando la amplia gama de productos y fórmulas diseñadas y producidas por la empresa. Luego de un análisis de producción se decidió que el primer producto que se debía industrializar es Factor Natural , cuya fórmula mantiene la hidratación de la superficie de la piel, equilibrando eficientemente los signos y síntomas relacionados con las deficiencias de hidratación superficial. Este estudio determina la factibilidad del plan de negocios planteado, concluyendo que su puesta en práctica sería de mucha ayuda para mejorar la posición de la empresa en el mercado y los ingresos de la empresa.
