Abstract
The NATO meetings in Lithuania have wrapped up, and Canada has promised to increase their contributions. Adding 1,200 military personnel to the NATO mission in Latvia and hit the target of 2 per cent of GDP defence spending. Robert Davidson is a retired Vice-Admiral who served as Canada's military representative for NATO from 2012-2016. He joins Gormley to explain if this new pledge to NATO can be achieved.
