Abstract
In this episode of the Red Man Laughing Podcast I sit down with Gitz Crazyboy (Dene/Blackfoot) and we talk about his work around his home community of Fort McMurray, AB. Gitz is a Youth Worker and has been vocal in the past number of years about the injustices development bring in terms of environmental impacts, the abuse of land, water & ultimately our communities and our women. In this chat we talk about the Healing Walk, his memories of growing up in Fort McMurray, AB and how it's changed over time, his Youth Work & the celebrations/frustrations therein, his unplanned/heated (and viral) debate in Vancouver with Ezra Levant AND he ended up working with The Yes Men.
