Peut dorénavant être qualifiée de criminelle la responsabilité des personnes en situation d'autorité dans les affaires graves d'accidents du travail et de maladies professionnelles. Il est bien possible qu'au Québec s’ouvrent demain des procès de l'amiante. Il est des pays qui connaissent en la matière une accélération et d'autres, comme la France où les déplacements de l'opinion et du droit s'opèrent dans la longue durée.
