Influência da shantala no desenvolvimento motor em lactentes do 6º ao 12º meses de vida

Abstract
O desenvolvimento de uma criança é influenciado pelo ambiente externo, o qual oferece oportunidades e estímulos para que ela adquira novas experiências e habilidades, e desenvolva total ou parcialmente o seu potencial genético. A massagem é citada como um recurso que pode gerar benefícios no desenvolvimento, mas não existem evidências suficientes comprovando os mesmos. Neste sentido, este estudo surgiu com o objetivo de verificar se há influencia do uso da massagem Shantala no desenvolvimento motor, comportamento, vínculo cuidador-bebê e oportunidades de estímulos no ambiente domiciliar de lactentes de seis a doze meses de idade. A amostra será composta por 24 lactentes, 12 lactentes no grupo controle e 12 no grupo experimental. Aos 6 e 12 meses de idade, os cuidadores responderão o Affordances in the Home Enviroment for Motor Development Infant Scale (AHEMD-IS) e o Questionário Comportamental e de Vínculo, enquanto uma avaliadora cegada avalirá o desenvolvimento motor do lactente através da Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS). Para análise serão utilizados os testes não paramétricos: Mann-Whitney, Qui-quadrado ou Exato de Fischer, quando necessário, e considerado um nível de significância p>0,05. Os dados desta pesquisa buscarão compreender a influencia da massagem Shantala no desenvolvimento neuropsicomotor, e posteriormente relatar a importância no comportamento, a interação cuidador-bebê e as oportunidades de estímulos no ambiente domiciliar de lactentes a termo de a seis meses de idade.
