Abstract
Настоящая дипломная работа раскрывает особенности международно-правового статуса субъектов трёх федераций: Канады, США и России. Раскрывается связь понятий «международно-правовой статус» и «международная правосубъектность». Доказывается наличие у субъектов выбранных федераций наличие элементов ограниченной международной правосубъектности. Исследуется вопрос признания за субъектами федераций статуса субъектов международного права. Особое внимание уделяется анализу правовых основ международной деятельности субъектов трёх выбранных федераций. Выявлены и приведены примеры основных видов международной деятельности субъектов упомянутых федераций.
