Abstract
Sumario: El interés mutuo por la mejora de la seguridad vial ha impulsado al Instituto de Seguridad Vial de la Fundación MAPFRE y a la Asociación Española de la Carretera a colaborar desde hace más de una década en el desarrollo de numerosas actividades en esta área. Así, se han realizado distintos manuales de recomendaciones y buenas prácticas en seguridad vial en diferentes entornos: travesías, polígonos industriales, urbanizaciones privadas, áreas residenciales,en el marco de los convenios de colaboración establecidos por ambas entidades.
