Abstract
Usia antara 20-30 tahun rentan mengalami Quarter Life Crisis. Hal tersebut dikarenakan mereka sedang mengalami fase yang dihadapkan oleh banyak pilihan namun bingung untuk mengambil keputusan. Karena keputusan yang diambil adalah penentu masa depannya. Perasaan takut dan khawatir menjadi salah satu masalah dalam fase Quarter Life Crisis ini. Komunikasi intrapersonal sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menghadapi quarter life criris. Karena komunikasi intrapersonal pasti dilakukan oleh setiap manusia. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana komunikasi intrapersonal digunakan dalam menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis. Tujuannya dengan mengetahui cara komunikasi intrapersonal yang benar maka permasalahan Quarter Life Crisis dapat diatasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, sumber data didapatkan dengan wawancara mendalam anggota komunitas UINSA Student Forum dan data pendukung lainnya. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori pengolahan informasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi intrapersonal yang dilakukan komunitas UINSA Student Forum dalam menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis adalah pengolahan informasi. Proses pengolahan informasi digunakan anggota komunitas UINSA Student Forum dalam memilih informasi yang akan diterima. Karena dengan adanya pemilihan informasi mereka bisa mengetahui, informasi yang layak untuk diterima dan dikonsumsi
