RESUMEN: El agroturismo sostenible, como estrategia turística y económica, ofrece a los visitantes alojamiento y aprendizaje de actividades autóctonas agrícolas y ganaderas en un entorno rural. \nLas Cabañucas de Selviejo es un proyecto que simula el establecimiento de un negocio de agroturismo emplazado en la comarca de Valles Pasiegos. Se centra principalmente en el diseño de las instalaciones y servicios que ofrece la empresa y la forma elegida para su promoción. \nEl excelente patrimonio cultural, etnográfico y gastronómico, la belleza paisajística y la ausencia de competencia son los principales motivos que hacen de este valle el mejor emplazamiento para su creación. Aquí los visitantes pueden desconectar de la rutina y aprender mientras disfrutan de la naturaleza en estado puro.
