Jeudi dernier, la Cour supérieure a donné raison à la compagnie Savoir-faire Linux dans sa poursuite contre le gouvernement du Québec, à qui elle reprochait d'avoir accordé un contrat sans appel d'offres à Microsoft. Le président de cette compagnie Cyrille Béraud et l'avocat Julius Grey analysent le jugement.
