La coopération au Québec a modulé le visage du développement, et repose aujourd'hui sur une profondeur historique qui lui donne des acquis qui servent d'assises au mouvement. Dans le contexte renouvelé, que nous connaissons aux plans mondial et local, les représentants des différents secteurs, regroupés dans un Forum coopératif, ont posé un diagnostic des enjeux et des défis qui les attendent. L'article présente d'une part, ces enjeux et défis par secteur coopératif, et d'autre part, les perspectives transversales reliées à l'enjeu du développement local et régional envisagé dans sa globalité intersectorielle et intercoopérative et interpellant le rôle du Conseil de la coopération du Québec.
