Il contributo analizza le problematiche connesse all’unificazione legale del contenuto dell’azione contrattuale ed extracontrattuale operata, prima dall’art. 24 della Convenzione di Varsavia del 1929 e, poi, dall’art. 29 della Convenzione di Montreal del 1999 ed al tendenziale alleggerimento, in tale contesto, dell’importanza sistematica del ricorso all’una o all’altra delle due azioni.
