Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A late summer two kilometre loop walk around Milton, Ontario’s, historic mill pond, via the Jaycee Trail through Centennial and Livingston Park s . The path begins at the waterside Millennium Gazebo on the mill pond berm’s shaded trails, passing beneath a n 1876 rail trestle bridge, built for the Hamilton & North-Western Railway (H&NW) . The pond, which is fed by the west branch of Sixteen Mile Creek, is popular with anglers for panfish and carp . Milton’s English emigre founder, Jasper Martin, dammed the creek to power his 1822 wood- framed gristmill. Its stone successor burned in 1855, and a second fire destroyed its 1857 four storey replacement , owned by Robin Hood Flour Mills, in 1963. A pond-fed water wheel had still powered t hat flour mill until 1962 . Subsequently, t he pond, which was donated to the T own of Milton by Robin Hood Flour Mills, was dredged and redesigned. This 1967 town project mark ed the one hundredth anniversary of Canada’s confederation. In 2000, t he pond was dredged again and expanded to remove the invasive weed European mil-foil and improve the water quality . Centennial Park’s p opular Millennium Gazebo opened in 2001.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
