Abstract
En este trabajo se analizará el mito de la mujer vampiro, trazando su concepción desde los inicios \ndel arquetipo de la mujer monstruosa. El estudio se centra en las características de esta criatura en \ndiferentes obras audiovisuales, desde sus atributos físicos, su carácter, su sexualidad y su \npersonalidad. Además, se tendrá también en cuenta la forma en la que se relaciona con otros \npersonajes dentro de la trama y, en especial, con sus víctimas, así como la forma que tiene de \nseleccionarlas y alimentarse de ellas. \nPara centrarlo en parámetros establecidos para un Trabajo de Fin de Grado, se ha utilizado un \ncorpus de películas para estudiar la evolución de su representación. Se ha realizado una selección de \naquellas más contemporáneas como El ansia (Tony Scott, 1983), La reina de los condenados \n(2002), Somos la noche (Dennins Gansel, 2010), Una chica vuelve sola a casa de noche (Ana Lily \nAmirpour, 2014), y la serie Crónicas Vampíricas (Julie Plec, 2009-2017).
