Abstract
Esta tesis se apoya en la preocupación latente por el cuidado de la salud debido a los innumerables problemas de generados a causa del sobrepeso; inspirándose en la comunidad de personas de la ciudad de Guayaquil que realizan CrossFit, con un notable interés de mejorar su estilo de vida, se propone analizar la necesidad de este segmento del mercado. Estudiar los servicios existentes complementarios a esta disciplina y proponer un modelo de negocios que atienda dicha necesidad. Este modelo de negocios busca brindar soluciones de salud y nutrición mediante un bar nutricional de comida paleo que a su vez de las facilidades a los usuarios para un control y asesoramiento nutricional completo.
