Abstract
La presente investigación titulada: “Monitoreo pedagógico y desempeño docente”, tiene como objetivo general es de establecer la relación entre monitoreo pedagógico y desempeño docente en la institución educativa “San Isidro Labrador” del centro poblado de Yalaque, provincia General Sánchez Cerro, departamento de Moquegua. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo correlacional. El diseño empleado es transversal – correlacional. La población de investigación es de 01 director, 03 docentes de primaria y 7 docentes del nivel secundario. Al establecer la relación entre monitoreo pedagógico y desempeño docente, entonces se podrá mejorar las actividades profesionales por la parte docente, con ello brindar un servicio de calidad educativa de donde salgan promovidos estudiantes competentes y competitivos de la región de Moquegua.
