Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je návrh využití Riegrovy vily v Horním Benešově. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou brownfields. Součástí této části je i seznámení s lokalitou, ve které se vila nachází. V této části je rozebrán historický a současný stav Riegrovy vily. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotnému návrhu na využití Riegrovy vily. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření zakončené vyhodnocením a vypracováním SWOT analýzy pro Riegrovu vilu. Nejdůležitější část tvoří samotný návrh na využití vily společně s vytvořením 3D návrhů jednotlivých částí.
