Abstract
Los contratos internacionales de transporte de pasajeros no se incluyen en el ámbito de aplicación de las normas de Derecho internacional privado protectoras de los consumidores, por lo que no le son de aplicación los foros recogidos en el art. 17.3 del Reglamento Bruselas I-bis. El contrato de transporte internacional de pasajeros españoles llevado a cabo por la empresa irlandesa Ryanair establece entre sus condiciones generales que los Tribunales competentes son los irlandeses. Los tribunales españoles en la STSJ Madrid CA de 30 octubre 2013, Sentencia JM Valencia 16 febrero 2017, SAP Madrid 26 julio 2017 han tenido que pronunciarse sobre la validez de esa cláusula de elección de tribunal.
