Abstract
Peygamberliğe iman yalnızca İslam'ın değil aynı zamanda diğer semavi dinlerin ortak iman esaslarından birisidir. Ancak tarihi süreç içerisinde peygamberlik kurumuna pek çok itiraz yapılmıştır. Hatta bu itirazları peygamberliğin ilk ortaya çıktığı andan itibaren başladığını söylememiz yanlış olmayacaktır. Zira semavi kitaplar peygamberlerin hayatından bahsederken pek çok itirazla karşılaştıklarını nakletmektedirler. Günümüzde ise nübüvvet kurumuna yapılan itirazlar bitmemiş, aklın tek başına yeterli olduğu sloganıyla bu itirazları yapmayı deizm göğüslemiştir. Deistlerin iddialarının doğru bir şekilde değerlendirilmesi ve itirazların sağlıklı bir şekilde cevaplanabilmesi için deizmin doğru bir şekilde tanınması gerekmektedir. Biz de bu çalışmamızda Adnan Bülent Baloğlu'nun Şubat 2021 tarihinde yayınlanan Son Hurafe Deizm adlı eserini tanıtmayı hedefledik. Eser çok veciz bir şekilde deizmin ne olduğunu açıklamakta, okuyucuların zihinlerinde deizm şemasıyla ilgili eksik bir nokta bırakmamaktadır.
