Abstract
Jedná se o novostavbu rodinného domu v částečně zastavěním území. Stavební pozemek leží na téměř rovinatém terénu. Stavba se nachází v obci Nové Město na Moravě, v okrese Žďár nad Sázavaou, v kraji Vysočina. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází zádveří se šatnou, pokoj pro hosty, kuchyň, obývací pokoj, koupelna, samostatné WC a garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. V druhíém nadzemním podlaží jsou zřízené dva dětské pokoje, ložnice, koupelna, samostatné WC a terasa nad garáží. Dům je založen na základových pásech z prostého betonu. Podzemní část objektu je zhotovena z betonových tvarovek „ztraceného bednění“ STANDARD. Nadzemní část objektu je vyzděna ze stavebního systému POROTHERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem firmy BAUMIT. Střecha je sedlová se sklonem 24°. Střešní krytina je z betonových střešních tašek BRAMAC MAX. Součástí bakalářské práce je také seminární práce na téme Posouzení tepelných izolací šikmých střech.
