Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu v obci Uherský Brod. Bytový dům je navržen jako plně podsklepený samostatně stojící objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími. V každém nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy dva byty, celkově se tedy v bytovém domě nachází 6 bytových jednotek. V podlaží podzemním se nachází technické zázemí budovy a skladovací prostory. Konstrukční systém nad terénem je navržen zděný z keramických tvárnic HELUZ s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS, zdivo v suterénu je ze ztraceného bednění. Stropní konstrukce jsou z keramických stropních panelů HELUZ. Zastřešení bytového domu je řešeno plochou jednoplášťovou střechou.
