Abstract
Kesehatan mental merupakan sebuah topik yang perlu diketahui oleh masyarakat. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa usia remaja merupakan masa-masa krisis bagi individu karena rentan mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental. Perkembangan pada usia remaja menuju dewasa menimbulkan terjadinya fase Quarter Life Crisis yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Quarter Life Crisis adalah krisis emosional yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya stress dan gangguan kesehatan mental. Oleh karena itu, perancangan buku cerita ilustrasi mengenai Quarter Life Crisis dibuat untuk memberikan informasi kepada remaja tentang bagaimana cara meningkatkan resiliensi pada situasi yang sulit tersebut. \nKata kunci: Kesehatan Mental, Quarter Life Crisis, Buku Cerita Ilustrasi, Komunikasi Visual
